Motiver Foundation is an NGO registered under section 8 of the companies act , 2013. It is a non-profit organization which was founded by NIT Trichy alumni with a commitment to become India's leading independent NGO working towards providing career guidance and motivation, creating a better environment to fulfill dreams of millions of students.
We believe that there should be equality when it comes to student's future, as everyone deserves opportunity for a bright future and that’s why we are committed towards ensuring that they not only survive, but should be in a position to pursue the right careers and be able to contribute back to society.
With the aim of empowering deserving students, we are planning to make our presence in the remotest corners of India and urban areas to provide quality education and proper career guidance.
Motiver believes in standing with the needy and deserving minds through every crisis and hardships they face to make their dreams come true. With our career guidance and equal opportunity in education programs we are planning to address their unique needs, providing them a healthy and early kick-start, the opportunity to learn and build a dream career.

To provide kinds of aid to students including supply of material, facilities, food, uniforms, stipends, medals and other incentives to needy and deserving minds to help them to achieve their goals and help in development of the country.
To work for environment protection by campaigns via digital platforms or other media. Regarding Cleaning awareness, Population control, Judicious water consumption, Avoid using plastics, Plantations of trees, Reduce air pollution by avoiding unnecessary use of Petrol/Diesel’s vehicles as much as you can and promote carpooling.
To fight and educate against social evils like rape, dowry, racial and sexual discrimination.
